This stylish brief features an internal 'Stay-Dry' pouch in the gusset to take either washable or disposable liners or pads.
The gusset pocket is designed with a waterproof PVC outer and cotton inner for comfort.
Any incontinence is absorbed into the pad, leaving the wearer feeling dry and comfortable.
The liner can be changed without having to change pants.
