Shipping policy

UK Postage

Postage is charged at £3.80 for all UK orders.   Please add any additional postage (if indicated against certain items) to the Highlands or Northern Ireland.

Delivery

Orders will normally be delivered within 14 days of receipt of order.  if you have not received your order within that period, please contact us.

Overseas orders 

Orders to Europe are charged at £10.00 postage and packing.  Orders outside Europe are charged at £15.00 postage and packing.

 Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Returns

If for any reason the products you receive are damaged, faulty or even unsuitable for your purpose, return them to us (unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund payment.
